Our spook-a-licious Halloween extravaganza! Mark performs a spooky reading of his original campfire story, "Don't Let the Fire Go Out". I meet up with Halloween fans at Descanso Gardens and get their stories. Hear about a fantastic Haunted House called Nightmare in Whiting Woods. I honor the memory of my drama school friend, Terry DuBay by performing poem, Ah, Are You Digging My Grave? by Thomas Hardy. Dance club song of the week, Horror Show by Stompin' Riffraffs

We celebrate getting New and Noteworthy on iTunes. We give an enthusiastic a shout out to fan, Renee, for her stellar iTunes review. Song of the week, Trouba by Steve Gunn,

Part 2 of the Going Home series, all episodes of the series also stand alone. I explain during my morning walk along the shore of Puget Sound how I find solace when the sad parts about coming home surface in my heart. As a Twitter newbie, I’m thrilled when my all-time, favorite singer, Bo Bice, tweets me back! Song of the week Banana Bike by Dot Wiggin Band

Part 1 of the Going Home series; all episodes of the series also stand alone. I take an early morning walk down memory lane along a path by Commencement Bay in my hometown of Tacoma, WA. I podcast in the field from a dock and I ponder which memories do we all choose to keep? I retell a great story from Jillian Michael’s podcast about discovering and going with your natural talents. Mark and I talk about the first time we went to a bike shop and were told we were "too fat" to ride bikes, hah! I get a bike helmut POV camera with mic. Hear an audio snippet of my first recorded bike ride as I huff and comment up a big hill by the Pasadena Rose Bowl. Song of the Week Whisper by Stray Dogg
